Diesel Delivery & On-Site Refuelling in Brooklyn

Diesel delivered into the yard, Brooklyn
Brooklyn is about as heavy-industrial as inner-west Melbourne gets. Quarry and extractive operations, concrete and asphalt batching, waste and recycling transfer, tipper and heavy-haulage fleets, container and transport yards, all packed into a small area. The vehicles here are big, they work long days, and they get through a lot of diesel.
That makes Brooklyn close to an ideal case for on-site refuelling. A tipper fleet that sends every truck to a service station is not just paying for the fuel, it is paying for the queue, the detour and the driver's time, every single day. We come to the yard instead and fuel the fleet where it is parked, or fill your site tank so your own bowser keeps up.
Plant is the other half of it. We fuel excavators, loaders, crushers, screens, water carts and generators in place, including on active extraction and civil sites where moving a machine to fuel it is simply not sensible. If a machine can be reached, we can usually fuel it without it leaving the working face. On an extraction site that matters more than it sounds, because the machines that burn the most are usually the ones that are hardest to move: a crusher or a screen is not going anywhere, and a loader taken out of the cycle to refuel stops the trucks behind it as well. Fuelling in place keeps the whole chain running.
Brooklyn's freight access is why the density is here. It also means the local roads are genuinely busy with heavy vehicles for most of the day, which is another argument for having fuel come to you rather than sending trucks back out into it.
Consumption at this end of the market is high enough that tank sizing and delivery frequency actually matter. Run a tank too small and you are constantly close to empty; too big, and fuel sits and ages. We size the arrangement to what you genuinely burn, and where a site is better served by a hired self-bunded tank than by the one it inherited, we will say that plainly.
Dust suppression is part of the fuel bill out here too, and it is the part people forget when they work out their usage. Water carts and sprays run constantly through a dry Melbourne summer, on top of the crushing, screening and loading plant, so a quarry or batching site can burn considerably more diesel in February than it does in July. We would rather size the deliveries around that swing than have you short in the middle of it.

FAQs
Diesel delivery in Brooklyn
Do you deliver diesel in Brooklyn?
Yes. We refuel trucks, tippers and plant where they are parked and deliver bulk diesel into on-site tanks across Brooklyn and the surrounding western industrial precinct (3012). Quarry and extractive operations, batching plants, waste and recycling operators, heavy haulage and transport yards are all normal work for us here.
Can you refuel a tipper fleet overnight?
Yes, and for a fleet this size that is usually the point. We run 24/7, so we can work through a yard after the last load and have every truck full before the morning start. Nobody loses a slot to a service station queue, and the first load of the day leaves on time.
Can you fuel plant on an active site, not just in a yard?
Yes. We fuel excavators, loaders, crushers, screens, water carts and generators in place, on extraction and civil sites as well as in depots. Moving a large machine to fuel it costs more in downtime than the fuel is worth, so we come to the machine.
We use a lot of fuel. Is our tank the right size?
It is a fair question and the answer is often no. Undersized tanks mean you are always nearly empty; oversized tanks mean fuel sits, breathes in moisture and eventually gives you filter trouble. We size the tank and the delivery schedule to your real consumption, and if hiring a properly sealed self-bunded tank makes more sense than keeping the one you have, we will tell you.
Does our usage change enough through the year to matter?
On a quarry or batching site, yes, and often by a lot. Water carts and dust suppression run hard through a dry summer while crushing and screening keep going regardless, so the summer figure can sit well above the winter one. It is worth setting the delivery schedule against your peak rather than your average, and reviewing it once we have both on record.
Do you supply AdBlue for heavy vehicles?
Yes, as bulk on-site storage kept filled alongside your diesel. For a heavy fleet the volumes make bulk the obvious choice, and it means no pallets of containers in the yard and no separate trip to fetch more.
